About Monerovex

An educational platform built around one clear purpose: making Argentina's crowdlending regulatory framework understandable for everyone.

Our Origin

Built from a real knowledge gap

Monerovex was founded in 2023 in La Rioja, Argentina, by professionals who observed a consistent pattern: individuals and organizations engaging with real estate crowdlending platforms in Argentina often lacked basic familiarity with the regulatory environment they were operating in.

The CNV framework for collective financing is not impenetrable. But it is dense. Spread across resolutions, complementary regulations, and interpretive guidance, it requires time and expertise to navigate. Most participants do not have that time.

We built Monerovex to bridge that gap with structured, accurate, and accessible educational content.

What Guides Us

Principles that shape our work

Precision over simplification

We do not reduce regulatory content to the point of inaccuracy. Our goal is accessibility without distortion. When complexity must remain, we explain it rather than hide it.

Clear scope boundaries

This platform provides information, not advice. We are explicit about that distinction on every page. Understanding what we are and are not is fundamental to how we operate.

Regulatory currency

The CNV framework evolves. Our content team monitors regulatory developments and updates educational materials when the normative landscape changes in meaningful ways.

Audience-centered design

We write for people who are not lawyers. That means concrete examples, clear structure, and language that respects the reader's intelligence without assuming specialized training.
